Team Climate Assessment
The in.teams Team Climate Assessment is a questionnaire-based assessment which produces a team-level aggregate report.
With a simple survey which is completed by each team member, the assessment asks two fundamental questions :
“How safe, accepted, and included do we feel?”
“How well are we contributing to short- and long-term success of the team?”
The aggregate report results in two views:
“As a team, how are we doing overall?”
“How do team members’ perceptions differ from one another?”
